MAGIC MONEY SYSTEM: Payment for Midway rides is via the cashless Magic Money system. Riders will purchase a stored value card and load the card value onto the Magic Money app to pay for ride and games. Safe, convenient, and secure! Learn more below & at: www.majesticmidways.com.
Follow these easy steps:
Purchase credits using cash or credit card at the self-serve kiosk or the Magic Money app (available in the Apple App Store & Google Play Store: search for Magic Money-Pay and Play). Redeem purchased credits for individual rides, participating games, and food items from the Cotton Candy Trailer.
- On-site at kiosk: follow instructions on-screen.
- After purchasing a band with credits, patron shows band or phone (app) to ride, game, or food operator at the Cotton Candy Trailer.
- The operator will scan band or phone app using hand-held scanner, deducting the appropriate number of credits for the ride, game or food purchase.
- A one-time $2 per new band fee is charged when purchasing a Magic Money band.
- A $2 fee will be added to transaction total if purchasing a Magic Money band with a credit card.
- Please note: if paying by cash at kiosk, the Magic Money system automatically deducts the $2 new band purchase fee by deducting 8 credits from the total number of credits available based on the amount of the purchase.
PLEASE NOTE:
- Magic Money bands and the Magic Money app may ONLY be used at the Midway for games, rides, and cotton candy trailer. Use Italian Festival Gift Cards and Italian Festival Money Cards at all other Festival venues using the Point of Sale (POS) system. Click here for more info on these card options.
- Magic Money cards will be sold on-site via self-service kiosks on the Midway. Band packages available for purchase include: $5.00 (20 credits)/$10.00 (40 credits)/$20.00 (80 credits)/$30.00 (120 credits)/$35.00 (140 credits)/$40.00 (160 credits) & individual ride credits may be purchased for $0.25
- Please retain your Magic Money bands for next year. Unused value on bands and in app will carry over for use at next year’s Italian Festival.

MAGIC MONEY CARDS (FORMERLY ADVANCE RIDE TICKETS): A LIMITED NUMBER of cards will be available for $35.00 in late April. Buy early and SAVE! Each card is pre-loaded with 175 credits (vs. 140 credits on a $35.00 card purchased on-site) and you not be charged the initial Magic Money card fee or transaction fees.
